Great article.

Since I started writing, it's been critical for me to find a way to overcome fear of embarrassment and the procrastination that comes with it. Too many people procrastinate as a way to avoid doing something they're afraid to do.

The concept of memento mori keeps me on the right path. "Remember you will die," a reminder to fully live while we can.

So what if someone doesn't like what I write? My goal is to use my expertise to make psychology accessible and help people take back control of their mental health.

I refuse to let fear of ridicule or embarrassment stop me from connecting with people and helping them pursue a better life.
