Great article highlighting many issues men face today. Too many of us lack the tools to communicate about our emotional needs, or even recognize them, effectively.

As a therapist, one of the major themes many of my clients who are men struggle with is their masculine identity--or "Man Box" as you call it. Especially if they've taken pride in being the provider and protector, but now face physical disability or psychological issues like PTSD. They feel mentally weak, broken, and inadequate.

So I work with them to redefine what masculinity means to them. Once they redefine it and separate it from their physical or financial prowess, they're able to heal and pursue meaningful lives.

Keep up the good work.
