This is exactly why I went into clinical psychology.

I love being able to collaborate with clients and develop strategies for them to overcome issues and pursue a more fulfilling life.

By creating new habits (thinking/behaving differently), people must adapt to these new demands. Through this adaptation, they're able to grow--grow out of their old life and into a new one.

Humans are designed to adapt. Sometimes, we just need a nudge in the right direction.
